The geography department is committed to embedding geography into the whole school curriculum and offering wider opportunities to develop geographical intrigue into students’ lives. As a department we do this through making our lessons engaging to all pupils and also for all pupils to be able to access all parts of the curriculum.  We will also deliver engaging assemblies which all pupils can relate to. The geography department has adapted and changed its Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 schemes of work to meet the demands of the Jersey Curriculum and GCSE requirements.

The geography department upholds the ambitions, ethos and values of the school through its promotion of resilience within the classroom by creating an environment where mistakes are encouraged to be turned into learning and development.
