Drama is a thriving curriculum area, and all students at KS3 do one lesson of Drama per week, focusing on a range of skills. We believe that working together in groups to create interesting and exciting work pushes students out of their comfort zone, and develops the skills and attributes that make them more confident leaders and performers. Our units of work range from studying scripted drama, to melodrama and physical theatre, all leading up to GCSE in KS4, where we currently follow the OCR Drama course.

We offer many opportunities to see theatre outside school, as well as participate in our exciting yearly shows at the Jersey Opera House or in site-specific locations. We also hold a yearly House Drama competition which is extremely popular and a coveted trophy.
